The idea of reuniting with Kevin Durant and joining Kyrie Irving on the Brooklyn Nets is “resonating” with Houston Rockets’ James Harden, according to Adrian Wojnarowski.
The Nets have risen to the top of Harden’s list as a possible trade destination.
This comes as Harden considers his future with the Rockets.
However, the Rockets continue to tell teams that they plan to “run it back” with Harden this season, Wojnarowski notes.
So far, there have been no trade discussions between the Rockets and Nets.
The Nets have plenty of assets to package in a potential deal between the two teams, including Jarrett Allen, Caris LeVert, Spencer Dinwiddie and even the No. 19 pick in the Nov. 18 draft.
