Pat Riley opened up about his status as the president of the Miami Heat.
The NBA and Miami Heat legend revealed he has no plans to step down, despite his age (75).
“I am staying as long as Micky wants me to do it. We ended up having a great, great season. I feel so good about this team and where we’re going and what’s ahead of us.
And contrary to what a lot of people think, the cupboard is more full than ever,” Riley said, via Tim Reynolds of The Associated Press.
The Heat reached the 2020 NBA Finals, but could not return to the top of the NBA for the first time since 2014. However, it seems they have a bright future in front of them.
