Two-time NBA champion Chris Bosh, now retired, talked about the work ethic of his former teammate LeBron James. Bosh and James played together for the Miami Heat through 2010-2014, winning two championships during that period.

“Being able to see those behind the scene things and seeing that work that he actually puts in before he even picks a basketball. And as far as this is person that loves team bonding, team building, I’ve never anyone like that in that regard either,” Bosh told Rick Kamla and Rick Mahorn and SiriusXM NBA Radio.

“He just knows what to put in the game, how to play the game. But most importantly those pieces that you need like your health to be able to play. Watching him prepare for years before even being regarded as the best player in the NBA, in the world whatever you want to call it.

“It’s been great to see it. It pushed me. It made me look at the habits I had and know that I needed to change them if I wanted to be taken seriously and be better at this game.”
