The Indiana Pacers held an interview with free agent head coach Billy Donovan last week, according to a report from The Athletic’s Shams Charania.

Per the report, the team is looking to interview around 12 candidates as they aim to find a replacement for Nate McMillan, who was fired after the Pacers got swept by the Miami Heat in the first round of the playoffs.

McMillan spent four seasons with Indiana. Donovan, meanwhile, decided to leave the Thunder earlier this month after five seasons in charge.

According to Charania, Donovan is among three coaches being looked at by the Philadelphia 76ers, with Mike D’Antoni and Tyron Lue also leading the way in terms of candidacy.
