Sports analyst Skip Bayless, who is an avid critic of LeBron James, reacted to Giannis Antetokounmpo being named the NBA MVP for the second year in a row.

This time, Bayless sided with the Los Angeles Lakers superstar. “LeBron James should’ve won MVP,” he tweeted.

James came second in the MVP voting with 753 points. He received 16 first place votes, 84 second place votes and 1 third place vote.

Meanwhile, Giannis had 85 first place votes and 16 second place votes, giving a total of 962 points. LeBron’s teammate Anthony Davis finished sixth with 82 points.

LeBron averaged 25.3 points, 7.8 rebounds and 10.2 assists per game in his seventeenth NBA season. Meanwhile Antetokounmpo averaged 29.5 points, 13.6 rebounds and 5.6 assists per game this season.
