The Nuggets outscored the Clippers 50-33 in the second half and cruised to the victory.
Nikola Jokic (16 points) and Jamal Murray (40 points) combined for 56 points for the winners.
Denver will now face the Los Angeles Lakers in the Western Conference Finals. Game 1 is on Friday.
