The Denver Nuggets president of basketball operations Tim Connelly joined the Jim Rome Show on Monday and talked on Nikola Jokic.

Connelly challenged his pundits to find “one or two guys who impact winning” more than Jokic. The Joker was pretty crucial for the Nuggets in the first two rounds of the 2020 NBA playoffs.

“We can debate who’s the most talented. Certainly, he’s not the most athletic, it doesn’t always look fluid or sexy. But in terms of the impact on winning, I’d challenge you to find more than one or two guys like him,” Connely said, per Harrison Wind of DNVR Sports.

Jokic is averaging almost 26 points along with 12 rebounds and 5.5 assists in the series vs. the Clippers. He is shooting 44% from beyond the arc and 53% from the field in the last six games.
