The Philadelphia 76ers have not made a final decision on who will be the next head coach of the team yet. According to Jason Dumas, Sports Director for KRON4 News, Billy Donovan and Mike D’Antoni will get interviewed for the head coach position this week.

Both coaches previously decided to not renew their contracts with their former teams. Donovan departed from Oklahoma City Thunder and Mike D’Antoni decided to part ways with the Houston Rockets after four seasons.

The Sixers parted ways with Brett Brown a few weeks back, after a disappointing first-round exit in the 2019-2020 playoffs against conference rivals Boston Celtics.

Elton Brand remained in the general manager position for the franchise, which will try to build a winning project around Ben Simmons and Joel Embiid.
