The top-seeded Los Angeles Lakers beat James Harden (33 points), Russell Westbrook (30 points) and the small-ball Houston Rockets (112-102) in Game 3 of their Western Conference semifinal series on Tuesday night at Walt Disney World Resort. The Lakers now own a 2-1 lead over the Rockets. Game 4 will take place on Thursday.

LeBron James, who won his NBA-record 162nd postseason victory, surpassing former Lakers guard Derek Fisher’s 161, posted 36 points (13/23 shooting), seven rebounds, five assists, a steal and four blocks for the Lakers. Anthony Davis added 26 points (9/13 shooting), 15 boards and six assists.
