At 35 years of age, LeBron James is still able to dominate the NBA. The most recent example of that was Game 3 of the Western Conference semifinals against the Houston Rockets.

James not only led all scorers with 36 points, but he also had seven rebounds, five assists and four blocks. LeBron’s longevity has been talked about many times before.

After the game, the Lakers superstar was asked what it takes for him to keep himself in such a good shape. While refusing to give what exactly he does, LeBron revealed that it takes lots of his time.

“I’m not going to tell you exactly what I do because I’d be giving my opponents my ingredients. But I’ll just say that my wife is not enjoying what I do on day-to-day basis inside the bubble getting ready for the game. I spend a lot of time on my body for sure,” LeBron said.
