The Los Angeles Clippers head coach Doc Rivers shared his thoughts on Nikola Jokic. Rivers complimented the Serbian big man by comparing him to some of the basketball greats.
“He’s got all the footwork and moves of an Hakeem Olajuwon. The lanky, goofy, intelligence of a Kevin McHale. Shoot, he’s the best passing big that I’ve seen, I think, ever… He’s very good, and he’s very frustrating to watch on film,” he said, per Tomer Azarly of ClutchPoints.
Jokic averaged 23.6 points and 11 rebounds per game during the first three Western Conference semifinals games against the Clippers.
