Paul George said defense was the key for the Los Angeles Clippers in Game 3 against the Denver Nuggets.

The Clippers outscored the Nuggets 29-19 in the fourth quarter and turned things around to win the game (113-107).

George finished the game with 32 points (12/18 shooting, 5/7 from beyond the arc), as Los Angeles took a 2-1 lead in the series.

“That’s what we gotta hang our hat on. We pride ourselves on defense. We say that sh*t all year long. Defense is what we do… It’s gonna be a battle,” George told Chris Haynes of Yahoo Sports after Game 3.

Game 4 is on Wednesday.
