Lou Williams praised Paul George for his performance in Game 3 against the Denver Nuggets.
George had a team-high 32 points (12/18 shooting, 5/7 from beyond the arc), while Williams added 10 points off the bench.
“I think a lot of our guys decided in the 4th quarter that we didn’t want to lose this game. Paul George was the head of the snake, and he was great for us,” Williams said about George after Game 3.
The Clippers came back from a 12-point deficit and sealed the deal in crunch time (113-107) to take the lead in the series (2-1).
Game 4 is on Wednesday.
