Brown had 27 points, six rebounds and three steals, helping his team take a 3-2 lead in the series.
Kemba Walker added 21 points for the winners, while Jayson Tatum had 18.
Boston dominated the game from start to finish, led by 27 at halftime (62-35) and never looked back.
Game 6 is on Wednesday. If the Raptors lose, they will be eliminated. Otherwise, they will force a Game 7.
