Los Angeles Clippers guard Patrick Beverley was fined $25,000 for verbal abuse of a referee in Game 2 against the Denver Nuggets.
With 1:04 left in the fourth quarter, Beverley was assessed two technical fouls and ejected from the game after arguing a blocking foul.
Since returning from a calf injury, the 32-year-old has played 12 minutes and 15 minutes in the first two games against the Nuggets.
