Khris Middleton opened up about his performance in Game 4 against the Miami Heat and the ankle injury of Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Middleton, who finished the game with 36 points, said he and his teammates had to step up and fight for their leader.

“He came out and tried to fight for us with a bad ankle. We wanted to have his back and just fight for him. He was laying it on the line for us… We had to have his back tonight,” Middleton told reporters after Game 4.

The Bucks remained alive in the series (3-1), but need another three victories to eliminate the Heat. Game 5 is on Tuesday.
