Jimmy Butler received high praise from the head coach of the Miami Heat, Erik Spoelstra, after Game 1 against the Milwaukee Bucks.
“Jimmy, despite probably what the narrative is out there, he’s a very likable guy in the locker room and I think that helps in a setting like this,” Spoelstra told reporters, via Nick Friedell of ESPN.
Spoelstra dismissed rumors that Butler creates issues in the locker room.
Butler dropped a career-high 40 points in Game 1 against the Bucks, leading his team to the 115-104 win.
Game 2 will take place on Wednesday.
