LeBron James and Anthony Davis are still ‘not satisfied’ with the Lakers’ performance, despite the blowout win over the Blazers in Game 4.

Los Angeles dominated Portland (135-115) and took a commanding 3-1 lead in the series, coming a step away from the Western Conference semifinals.

The Lakers had their best offensive game in the bubble, shooting 56.3% from the field and 17-for-39 (43.5%) from beyond the arc.

Yet, the two superstars of the team believe the Lakers can play even better.

“It’s another win. We’re not satisfied, not satisfied at all. This game is over, and we have a great opportunity to close the series out. As good as we were tonight, we gotta be even better.

One thing about playing a team that’s desperate: understand if they lose they go home. So we gotta be just as desperate as they are. I ain’t satisfied,” James told reporters.

“This team is not gonna go away. This is team whose tough, who can score in bunches…They got three guys who can lead them to a win, as we’ve seen in Game 1.

We gotta keep fighting, get back in the film room and see what we can get better at. See what we excelled at, and try to get Game 5,” Davis added.

Game 5 will take place on Wednesday night.
