The star of the Dallas Mavericks got injured early in the fourth quarter, left the game and did not return. Doncic is considered doubtful for Game 4 on Sunday.
For his part, the star of the Atlanta Hawks wished a speedy recovery to Doncic.
The Clippers lead the series 2-1.
