Orlando Magic forward Aaron Gordon will miss the team’s Game 1 against the Milwaukee Bucks with a strained left hamstring.

Michael Carter-Williams has also been ruled out, as he has been out since August 5 with a foot injury.

With playoff games being every other day, Gordon will likely have some minutes restrictions even once he gets cleared to return.

Second-year player Gary Clark will start for Gordon and open the game guarding Giannis Antetokounmpo, head coach Steve Clifford said.

It will be a tough series for the Magic, who are 0-4 against the Bucks this season, and missing Gordon won’t help.

Without Gordon, the Magic will rely even more on Nikola Vucevic, Terrence Ross, Evan Fournier and Markelle Fultz.
