PJ Tucker believes Chris Paul is extra motivated to beat the Houston Rockets in the playoffs.
Paul got traded from the Rockets to the Oklahoma City Thunder last summer and it seems he wants to get some revenge against his former team.
“It’ll be fun. This is interesting. After the trade last year, knowing him, he wants this bad. I know how bad he wants this.
I know he’s on the other side telling guys what guys are going to do, kind of trying to give our game plan I know how competitive he is.
It’s going to be an interesting series. It’s going to be fun. I’m looking forward to it, for sure,” Tucker said, via Jonathan Feigen of the Houston Chronicle.
Houston and Oklahoma City finished the regular season with identical records (44-28). Game 1 will take place on Tuesday.
