Ja Morant shared his thoughts on the Memphis Grizzlies sealing their place in the play-in tournament for the final playoff spot in the West.
Morant and the Grizzlies will clash with the Portland Trail Blazers, who claimed the eighth place. Portland needs one win to reach the playoffs. Memphis will have to beat its opponent twice to qualify for the postseason.
“Predicted to be what, 27th, now look at us. Being that underdog does not matter to us at all,” Morant said, via The Athletic.
Whoever wins the series will battle with the Los Angeles Lakers in the first round of the playoffs.
