Jeff Van Gundy has emerged as a candidate to become the new head coach of the Brooklyn Nets, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.
The Nets will start their search for the new head coach after the team’s presence in the Orlando “bubble” comes to an end. Brooklyn will face the defending champions Toronto Raptors in the opening round of the playoffs.
Tyronn Lue and Jason Kidd are also candidates for the head coaching position.
