The club from Milan announced the signing of Shavon Shields for the next two years. The 26-year-old small forward, who last played for Baskonia, is now moving to Milan ready to play under the guidance of Ettore Messina.
“I wish to thank Mr. Giorgio Armani, our President Mr. Leo Dell’Orco, Coach Messina and everyone at Olimpia Milano for this opportunity. I’m excited to get to work with my teammates and be a part of this historic club,” Shields said.
“Shavon is a player in his prime, experienced and still young, with the ideal characteristics to be part of our team,” Olimpia’s general manager Christos Stavropoulos said.
