FC Barcelona forward Alex Abrines confirmed that a recent survey showed his teammates are unanimously against resuming Liga Endesa action.

Abrines was referencing an ABP (Spain’s Association of Professional Basketball Players) survey on the latest edition of the “Abrines Show” that he broadcasts on his Twitch channel.

“I am not among the players involved in the ABP, but judging from my teammates I have been talking to, if Barca is not 0-16, it is very close,” Abrines mentioned referring to Barcelona’s unanimous vote against resuming play.

“The ABP asked us a couple of days before [Malcolm] Delaney left whether we wanted the season to resume,” Abrines said confirming the survey. “Each player has his own unique situation. About mine, I am frustrated that something can happen. My wife is among people at higher risk and is also pregnant.”

Regarding his pregnant wife, Abrines also said, “She’s subject to risk and expected to give birth to our child by July 21st, if I get sick and infect her it would be a disgrace.”

In terms of the four Spanish EuroLeague teams who were reportedly against playing the rest of the Liga Endesa season, here are their survey results as obtained by Eurohoops.net:
