The New York Knicks seem to be finally aggressive, especially if there is an opportunity to acquire a star. According to Ian Bagley, the teams will look carefully at the Indiana Pacers.
It will indeed be very difficult for Indiana to block Victor Oladipo. There are talks between the Pacers and Oladipo. the idea of a four-year extension for around $ 80 million has been addressed. But, discussions have not progressed much.
Oladipo has only played 13 games this season because of an injury. In the games he played, former All-Star averaged 13.8 points (tied to the career minimum he averaged during his novice season in 2013-14), and 3.2 rebounds playing 25.9 minutes a game.
Oladipo will earn $21 million in 2020-21 during what is the final season of his four-year contract.
If the 27-year-old guard becomes available, the Knicks are well positioned to try to acquire him.
