Kendrick Perkins was asked to name his starting five which would include himself on Runnin’ Plays: A Golden State Warriors Podcast. The question came after the former NBA champion said Draymond Green is one of his favorite role players, just behind Robert Horry.
Perkins admitted that he and Green would not complement each other very well because the Golden State Warriors forward need a tall center who can catch lobs, something that Perk would not be able to do. However, the two would be a force to be reckoned with on the defensive end.
Because of that Perkins went with LeBron James, Russell Westbrook and Draymond Green next to himself as a starting five.
