Stephen Curry was not the reason for the departure of Kevin Durant, according to the head coach of the Golden State Warriors, Steve Kerr.
Kerr believes that Durant wanted a change after winning back-to-back titles with the Warriors (2017, 2018).
“I just think that Kevin accomplished here, everything he set out to. He reached the point in his career where he wanted something different. Simple as that,” Kerr explained in a radio interview on 95.7 The Game.
