With another week of the ACB passing we saw the results go very much as expected, with Barcelona, Real Madrid and Gran Canaria keeping their perfect records at 4-0.

The performance of the week must go to Valencia who beat Valladolid by over 50 points, 108-57, with 7 players, led by Justin Doellman with 18, scoring in double figures for Valencia.

Elsewhere Bilbao remained winless as they lost their fourth game in a row to a Rudy Fernandez-less Real Madrid, 92-75, despite a combined 37 points from Dairis Bertans and Alex Mumbru.

Laboral Kutxa’s disappointing season continued with as they lost 82-62 to Cajasolm with Latvian youngster Kristaps Porzingis displaying an impressive combination of shot blocking and three point shooting on the Cajasolm front line.

A Marcelinho Huertas (21 points & 3 assists) led Barcelona team squeaked by Gipuzkoa 81-74 at home despite hitting just one of their 15 three point attempts.

Bruixa D’Or suffered a 37 point defeat at the hands of Zaragoza, 89-52, with Giorgi Shermadini pacing the home team with 18 points in less than 20 minutes.

Unicaja Malaga squeaked by FIATC Joventut, 63-65, to stay just one win back of the leading trio, with the oft maligned Fran Vazquez pulling down a double-double of 11 points and 12 boards.

In a game between two previously unbeaten teams Gran Canaria triumphed over Canarias 79-61, despite yet another strong performance from Montenegrin big man Blagota Sekulic, who had 14 points and 12 rebounds to lead the away team.

Estudiantes came out slowly against Murcia, scoring just 8 points in the first quarter and it was ultimately their downfall as Murcia came away with the win, 77-69 with Estudiantes 30 point fourth quarter being in vain.

In the final game of the week Rio Natura Monbus got a vital road win over Fuenlabrada 78-73 with Atlanta Hawks draftee Mike Muscala grabbing a double-double of 10 points and 10 rebounds for the visitors.
