Here we go. Out of the four major professional sports leagues, the NBA was the first to suspend its seasons activities in entirety because of the COVID-19.

The first two prominent athletes to develop symptoms and test positive for the coronavirus were Utah Jazz players Donovan Mitchell and Rudy Gobert. Both players were immediately quarantined and massive widespread social media reactions ensued over the lack of precaution and joking manor Rudy Gobert previously conveyed about the coronavirus.

Fast forward three weeks. The former all-star teammates are both medically cleared of symptoms of the coronavirus and are allowed to self-quarantine within their own homes for the remainder/quarantine period.

Early reports surfaced about the incredible disappointment and anger Donovan Mitchell had with Gobert, due to his lack of social awareness and maturity about the virus. The duo will no doubt be rekindling their relationship together in the upcoming months, but, needless to say, it’s a chemistry scare the Utah Jazz never would have seen coming.
