Bilbao Basket has reached an agreement with the Lithuanian center Antanas Kavaliauskas for the next two seasons.

The 28-year-old player spent the last couple of season in Latvia with VEF Riga. Kavaliauskas averaged 9.8 points and 4.6 rebounds per game in Eurocup last season.

Kavaliauskas began his pro career with Panionios in Greece after leaving Texas A&M University in 2007. He also played for another Greek club Kavala and was a member of Caserta and Veroli in Italy.

Last summer Kavaliauskas made a surprise international debut as he was called to Lithuanian national team following the injury of Robertas Javtokas. He averaged 4.6 points and 3.2 rebounds in London Olympics.
