Dwayne Bacon wasn’t callep-up from Greensboro after the announcement that Charlotte’s Malik Monk was suspended indefinitely under the NBA’s anti-drug use policy.

Bacon is averaging 34.9 points, 9.3 rebounds and 3.9 assist per 34 minutes in 7 appearances with the Hornet’s G-League affiliate Greensboro Swarm.

In the NBA, Bacon is having an abysmal year as he averaged 5.3 points on 34% from the field and 28% the arc. Hornets’ coach James Borrego said that he still believes in his ability, but the guard/forward isn’t so sure about that.

According to Rick Bonnell of the Charlotte Observer, Bacon, who will be a free-agent on July, feels that maybe the organization does not want him.

“Maybe I’m not meant for this organization or maybe they don’t want me. I don’t know,” Bacon said.“I’m going to keep building my resume. It’s going to work out for me. I believe it’s going to work out somewhere. Maybe just not here.”
