Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban believes that Luka Doncic can surpass Dirk Nowitzki as the ‘greatest Maverick’ ever.
In an appearance on SiriusXM NBA Radio, Cuban shared his thoughts on how Doncic can become the greatest player in the history of Dallas.
Doncic won the Rookie of the Year award in 2019 and was named an All-Star for the first time in 2020. He is averaging 24.2 points, 8.5 rebounds, and 7.1 assists in 119 NBA games so far.
For his part, Nowitzki is sixth all time in career points, a 14-time All-Star and has won the NBA title in 2011, claiming the NBA Finals award, too. The German legend retired at the end of the 2018/2019 season.
