Alan Anderson and Luis Scola will continue playing overseas next season, as they have ruled out a possible return to Europe.

Several teams had targeted the aforementioned players and some even had them as priority.

Anderson has been re-signed by Toronto Raptors after a good stint to finish last season. After the Raptors traded James Johnson with Sacramento, Anderson will be a good back-up for the wings behind DeRozan and Ross, barring another move.

Luis Scola was amnestied from Houston Rockets on Friday, then Phoenix Suns won the amnesty waiver auction for him, guaranteeing 10 million over the next three years. Undoubtedly a comeback to Europe by Scola is a possibility, just not this season. In Phoenix he will be in the starting five from day one next to Gortat, providing good offense and defense, as he did so far during his entire career.
