CSKA Moscow have signed Serbian forward Vladimir Micov from Italian side Bennet Cantu as the Russian champions look to bolster their line-up for next season.
As officially announced on the CSKA’s club website, Micov is signed a 1+1 deal.
Micov, who was part of Bennet Cantu’s fairytale Euroleague run last season, was contracted to the club until 2013 with an opt-out clause in his contract valid from 2012 only, local sources say.
The Serb, who arrived in Italy following a spell at Liga Endesa side Caja Laboral in 2009 averaged 10 points, four rebounds and three assists last season domestically.
