Valencia added Taquan Dean to its roster ahead of the ACB Playoffs. The 28-year-old guard/forward was available since his former team Avellino finished the season in Italy.
Dean has already played in Spain with three clubs: Caja Laboral, Unicaja and Murcia. He also has Euroleague experience with the first two of the three.
The player is expected to arrive in Valencia today in the evening. Dean will have to pass medical before his contract becomes valid.
Eurocup finalists Valencia are currently fourth in the ACB with 20 wins and 14 losses. The Catalan side will take on Lagun Aro in the ACB Playoffs.
