Minnesota Timberwolves superstar Karl-Anthony Towns expressed his displeasure for not being chosen to play in the All-Star Game.

“I’m worried about our team, about getting W’s. I’m desensitized to being disrespected in this league. I’ve been disrespected since I came in. It’s nothing new when I didn’t see my name up there.

When you’re a person who’s been disrespected like me so much, it’s something you expect honestly. You’re kind of shocked when you do get it,” Towns said, via Chris Hine of the Minneapolis Star Tribune.

Towns has been averaging 27.0 points, 10.8 rebounds and 4.2 assists this season. However, he has played in 31 of the Wolves’ 48 games this season, after being sidelined for a month with an ankle injury.
