FIBA imposed a transfer ban on Aris due to money owed to former player of the club Gaios Skordilis.
That means that the club cannot proceed to finding a replacement for Dominic James.
Meanwhile James’ management agency are asking are asking for the player’s letter of clearance and stated that the reason he left was financial as he is owed money by the club.
At the moment, Aris are refusing to sign a letter of clearance which would allow James to sign for other clubs.
