Aris’ President Yannis Damianidis was reported to be planning to sack Head Coach Vaggelis Alexandris, but according to reports from Greece he changed his mind.
The financial situation in the club is awful with most of the players being left unpaid for months, which led to the departure of team leader Dominic James.
Probably Aris’ President decided that sacking Alexandris would be another huge blow for the team.
Meanwhile Aris filed a report to FIBA regarding James and is refusing to give the Letter of Clearance to the player.
