ALBA Berlin dominated the match-up against Baskonia in Dusko Ivanovic’s return as a head coach.

The Germans never lost the lead, after the first four minutes of the game, and won in a formidable fashion (81-57).

Martin Hermannsson scored a game-high 18 points on 8-14 shooting, while Rokas Giedraitis added 17 points and 5 rebounds.

ALBA Berlin took a double-figure lead in the second period (28-18) and Baskonia never recovered, committing 19 turnovers. Aito Reneses’ team reach a 20-point (57-37) lead in the end of the third quarter and cruised to the victory.

Shavon Shields had 11 points and Michael Eric added 10 points for Baskonia. The Spanish club dropped to 6-10, whereas ALBA snap a four-game skid and improved to 5–11.
