Crvena Zvezda forward Stratos Perperoglou underwent surgery and will be sidelined for at least one month.
The president of the Serbian club, Nebojsa Covic, announced the news during the press conference for the presentation of the new head coach Dragan Sakota.
“Perperoglou underwent surgery, we expect him to, according to last night’s report, start training in mid-December, somewhere around December 20 and then we’ll re-evaluate. He will probably start playing in January.”
