Facundo Campazzo talked about the interest he received from NBA teams as well as his contract renewal with Real Madrid.
Here is what the Argentinian guard said in an interview with the Argentinian newspaper Ole:
“I was obsessed with the NBA. Now I don’t take it so seriously. They asked me questions and made me nervous, I thought only of the NBA. But, the real thing is that there was never a concrete offer.
Today I am good at Real Madrid. When the offer arrived I felt that Real is a team that respects me, that values me. It gives me responsibility and pressure, which is what I am looking for. So I didn’t hesitate for a minute to renew for five years.”
