Kevin Durant will miss the entire 2019/20 season, as confirmed by the GM of the Brooklyn Nets, Sean Marks.

“I think what we’re going to say is the expectations are that he’ll be out for the year. We’re not going to plan on him playing. His rehab will obviously be predetermined over the course of the next few months, how he goes with our performance team.

But, ultimately, Kevin will have a large say in when he comes back and how he’s feeling. But, the expectations now are for him to be out for the year,” Marks told reporters on Tuesday (24/09).

Durant, who signed a four-year, $164.2M deal with the Nets during the offseason, has been recovering from a torn Achilles sustained in Game 5 of the NBA Finals against the Toronto Raptors.
