Real Madrid won the 2019/20 edition of the Spanish Supercopa, by beating Barcelona in the Final with a score 89-79.
It is the first title for Real Madrid this season. The team from Spain’s capital defended the trophy all thanks to their recognizable style – excellent defensive and offensive play during all minutes of the match.
Facundo Campazzo was the best scorer of the winning squad with 16 points, while Rudy Fernández and Jordan Mickey scored 10 points each and helped coach Pablo Laso win his fifth Supercopa title with Real Madrid (2012/2013, 2013/2014, 2014/2015, 2018/2019, 2019/2020).
On the other side, Brandon Davies scored 23 points and Nikola Mirotić ended the match with 14. Both Cory Higgins and Malcolm Delaney scored 13 points, but it wasn’t enough for the win against the “Eternal” rival.
