DeAndre Jordan talked about the recovery process of his friend and teammate in the Brooklyn Nets, Kevin Durant.

Here is what Jordan told Gothamist during a promotional event Wednesday at a Dunkin’ in Midtown Manhattan.

“We’ve got a lot of talent on this team. You know obviously Kevin had a tough injury, he’s going to be out for a while, but he’s progressing great, he’s recovering fast, we’ll be even better when we get him back and healthy.”

Durant ruptured his Achilles playing for the Golden State Warriors in Game 5 of the NBA Finals. Golden State coach Steve Kerr proclaimed him out for the entirety of the 2019-20 season.
