Aleksandar PavlovicMontenegro national team coach Dusko Vujosevic called Cleveland Cavaliers forward Aleksandar Pavlovic for the upcoming start of the B division European championship. It is a surprising decision, since Pavlovic himself declared last year that he will play for Serbia in the future. Still, Montenegro born player didn't want to play for Dusan Ivkovic this summer because he thinks he has been treated unfairly in the past.

Montenegro Basketball Federation officials explained that they consider Pavlovic a Montenegrian and hope he will accept the invitation, which is highly unlikely. Besides Cavs player Vujosevic counts on the following players – guards: Goran Jeretin, Nenad Mijatovic, Ivan Koljevic, Omar Cook, Vlado Scepanovic, Nebojsa Bogavac, Bojan Bakic, Boris Bakic, Vujadin Subotic, Suad Sehovic; forwards: Zarko Cabarkapa, Milos Borisov, Vladimir Dasic, Milko Bjelica, Goran Nikolic, Blagota Sekulic, Ivan Ivanovic, Zarko Rakocevic, Ivan Maras, Predrag Drobnjak; centers: Slavko Vranes, Djuro Ostojic, Nikola Pekovic and Vladimir Golubovic.

Historical first game for Montenegro will be played on 13th August against Bosnia and Hercegovina in Podgorica.
