Lithuanian "kalashnikov" will not be playing in Beijing in August, lrytas.lt reports. Arvydas Macijauskas has been hit with injuries for the last two season. He missed half of the season this year and couldn't help Olympiacos in Greek playoffs. Macas also missed Eurobasket 2007. He is not the only player on the candidates list who will miss Olympics.
Arturas Jomantas of Lietuvos rytas and Renaldas Seibutis of Olympiacos are both out due to injuries.
