USA earned the 93-79 victory over Mali in the Final of the FIBA U19 Basketball World Cup on Sunday and won the title.
After a balanced first half (42-40), the Americans went on a 31-15 run in the third quarter and sealed the deal.
This was the seventh title for USA (1979, 1983, 1991, 2009, 2013, 2015, 2019) and the first one after 2015.
On the other hand, Mali was the pleasant surprise of the competition and claimed the second place.
