ESPN’s Jalen Rose says that there is a “99 percent” chance free agent Kawhi Leonard is going to sign with the Toronto Raptors:
“What I’m 99% hearing is that Kawhi Leonard will be returning to Toronto.”
According to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, Leonard’s decision could come today or as late as July 4th.
