The Golden State Warriors escaped from Toronto with a big victory over the Raptors (105-106), forcing a Game 6 in the NBA Finals (3-2).

The two-time defending champions were in front for the majority of the night and led by double digits multiple times.

Kawhi Leonard exploded, though, in the fourth quarter and helped his team take a six-point lead (103-97). Yet, GSW closed the game on a 2-9 run to earn the victory, as Kyle Lowry missed the game-winning three-pointer at the buzzer.

Stephen Curry (31 points) and Klay Thompson (26 points) combined for 57 points for the winners.

Draymond Green came close to another triple-double in the NBA Finals (10 points, 10 rebounds, eight assists); Kevin Durant returned to action and scored 11 points, but had to leave the game with an Achilles injury.

Six players scored in double figures for the losing squad, with Leonard having a team-high 26 points.

Game 6 will be played in Oakland on Thursday (13/06).
